Hello,

I am having a problem with an email account that I have on a Linux
pop3 mail server. Just recently the user came to me and said when she
tried to log on as she always did she would enter her username and
password and it would just hang and eventually come up page can not be
displayed. So I deleted her email account by doing a sudo RemoveUser
and then I re-added the account with a sudo AddUser I was able to log
on with no problem but as soon as I logged off and sent mail to the box
and then it would hang again.

Now I noticed when I re-created the email account it came back with
the same custome settings the user had. For example the color changes
to the account were back to what they were before. So, am I missing
something that the RemoveUser is not removing? Is the corruption still
buried somewhere that I can't find? I also noticed that when I
recreated the email account, and I went to send a test message from the
newly re-created account it would hang as well. Any help anyone could
give me would be great. Please email me back asap or respond to this.

Color changes? Page can not be displayed? What happens if you read
mail from the pop3 server with a plain text mail client such as mutt or
mailx?

I haven't tried that. Though I can see the mail in it when looking at
her box on the server. So I know it's there.
