Tiscali prove what a bunch of jerks they are yet again.

Looks like they had some customers on Tiscali LLU, like Plusnet used to (and
still do for those staying put and not opting to go on to a BT Wholesale
connection).

Having read the article someone kindly posted a link to, that does look to be
the issue.

Another 'own goal' for Tiscali.
