Yep

Got my old dears on EFH for their Christmas pressie - I paid for the
connection and router

Service is excellent - they are a small company so you normal speak to the
same people and they were really good at sorting out BTs cock up with their
line activation.

Also they had a major issue with capacity a week or so ago and got it sorted
out quickly and kept user updated via their website and user forums

User forum are also very good.

I am with Telewest / Blueyonder so locked into their system, otherwise I
would move over to EFH.

For the price they offer a great service, but you do pay up front for the
setup costs. IIRC £70 setup plus £30 for a router, but the router is good
quality and they offer great support for the routers they sell.

HTH

Their set up fee is whopping £82.24, doesn't include any email.
If you add it all up the first year will be more expensive then competition,
you can get 2Mb/s for £14.99 (with 1Gb).
So it rather depends if you really need 'unlimited' download.
Regards,
Martin
