I have broadband (whee!).
The engineer turned up to measure my line loss and remove the HH box.
He said he was not very hopefull, as his odometer read 4 miles from the
exchange.
Loss of 61db, which he thought was odd, as he thought that was beyond
the limits, but it gave a smiley-face, so it was installed.
Working well now.
The router (Origo ASR-8100) reports line loss of 63.5db, and a minimum of
9.6db margin, with upstream at 576 and downstream at 288.
Seems to be at around an error every couple of minutes.
Just trying to work out why I can't get half-bridge mode working, so
I can accept connections on my networking machine.
Plusnets speed test meter says 452.8 downstream, which seems around right.
