I am looking at moving from Plusnet to one of these two.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I notice zen is now cheaper but I
think it's email service is quite limited? But eclipse's news is better?
Somewhat confused, just want to move somewhere that isn't about to traffic
shape or changes their mind on their services every day

I use Zen, never used Eclipse. Eclipse outsource to Giganews, but AFAIK
it's capped in terms of connections and speed. Zen have an inhouse
usenet server which is not speed capped, it's good, but IMHO not as good
as the likes of Giganews or Supernews. Can't comment on the email as I
don't use that facility.

If you're migrating both are 1 month contracts so it's not as if you're
stuck somewhere you don't like for a year.

cheers,
Paul

Using eclipse and never had a problem with news or email ever so, both seem
fast enough to me.

Eclipse seems nice and fast and if u join Home 500 you can flex from 512 to
2mb as and when you need it quite cheaply
