Been with Eclipse for almost 5 months now. To be honest, for the most part,
they appeard ok. Up to 8mb speeds. (I can sometimes get about 6.5 as long as
its 6 in the morning.)
Recently speeds have been very very poor. Using http://beta.speedtest.net/
I am quite regularly getting download speeds of less that 400 kb/s. Upload
is pretty much constant at about 360 kb/s.
Last night I was getting a better download speed from the Melbourne server
(546 kb/s) than from the London server (460 kb/s).

Raised a ticket with them and it was closed with no response! Not happy.
Unfortunately we signed up for a years contract. Sent another ticket today
requesting a mac code and told them that we won't be paying the connection
charge (of about £50 I think) as we are not getting anything like the
service we should be!
