Easy to use QOS

My office currently has a Linux box setup as our internet gateway /
corporate firewall. On the private side, we use an internet routable
subnet, and on the public side, we have a small DMZ between our main
switch and our T1. I have been tasked with setting up QOS on the
gateway, becuase folks downloading large files via http and ftp really
suck bandwidth and cause our ssh sessions to crawl. I have found a
bunch of good information on how to setup tc and a few others, but it
is mildy complicated and hard to get it working well. I have been
looking on freshmeat for an app with a good web UI that does all the tc
and/or iptables setup for me, but haven't been very successful. Does
anyone have any recommendations for QOS apps that are easy to configure
and do all the complicated setup for me? Thanks
