I look after a mate's PC s and BE connection. For the past week or so,
he hasn't received any e-mails at the original (used to work) primary
account either via Outlook Express or webmail.
Now going into the 'manage e-mail space' box in manage user account, it
looks like his original account space has magically changed to 0Meg. The
secondary account is still OK(and is still working).
I have tried to change the primary space but the 'drop-down box' doesn't
have any choices to drop down!
One can't enter figures into it either.
Later in the page, it correctly states that he has 1000M of space available.

he has tried the helpline but it is very busy.

Any ideas anyone?

Mike

The Be helpline is an 0808 number. He should call it from a speaker
phone and get on with something else while he's waiting.
