E-Mail Address for Virgin Net

Hi

Anybody got an e-mail adress fro Virgin Net broadband and by that i mean one
that may actually bother to reply?!!!

In my enthusiasm to get going with broadband I forgot to make a note of the
dial-up number for use in emergencies, which I will never need!

If they won't reply to emails, why bother using them as an ISP.
They are pretty crap as an ISP anyway!
