E Mail address at Plusnet ?

Are They " (E-Mail Removed) " or "moniker@plus,net"
This is from a non Plusnet user who cannot access the members side of the
Plus.net site to
get the details to advise a friend ( on Plusnet ) who has been cut off
For an unknown reason

Should be <user>@<name>.plus.com

anything @ username . plus . com


For them to log into the plusnet portal at www.plus.net they would use their
username and password.

Can't they use the test one - test \ thekeys? or something.(not sure about
the username).

Maybe try calling plusnet on 0845 1400250 from memory.

I have now got the problem sorted down to a modem/ Drivers fault

I think there are a few different numbers (200 for Plus.Net, 250 for
Force9, perhaps ?)
