E-Mail account problems

Just had wireless set up in the house. Seems to be working fine except for
this. My two kids had e-mail addresses for this computer that I am on right
now. I can't figure out how to set up their two computers upstairs with
their address.

I have entered all the information that I know how to do and deleted their
accounts from this computer. Suggestions???

What email client are you using to setup the mail accounts?
What is the provider of their mail accounts?
