dynamic ip notification

Hello-
I need to run a server on a dynamic IP. Is there any way
I could set it up so that I get an email notification
when my router is assigned a new ip by my isp?

You'll need to use a program like DirectUpdate (www.directupdate.net) or
something similar

The router itself can't do this.
