I've tried that one too. It should work with prism54-drivers
(prism54.org), but those drivers do not have support for USB yet.
One thing that is said to work is using ndiswrapper. That makes use of the
w32-drivers so that you can use the card as a client to connect to
access-points.
Since I intended to use it for detecting rouge access-points with kismet
and therefore needed to be able to put the card in monitor mode I swapped
it for a 3Com pc-card instead. (3CRWE154G72 - version 1.0 (warning: stay
away from version 2.0 that does not work with prism54))
That card also uses prism54-drivers and works fine.

Are you interested in connecting to one or more access-points only, then
try ndiswrapper. If you need more from the card, then you should return it
or swap to another card.
