Yes you can buy antenna cables and extensions. However you want to keep the
antenna cable length as short as possible to minimize the signal loss.
But I see that your second device isa PCI card for one of your PCs. You
could use a USB wi-fi adapter instead that would give you 15 feet of max
cable length.
Suggest you consider another D-Link access point that can act as a client
and then connect to your PC via ethernet. Then you could also add a
directional antenna if necessary.
