DWL-1000AP disconnects with latest firmware.

After searching and searching trying to figure out the sorry
performance and disconnects from my DLINK DWL1000AP, here is a link
with the files and instructions to downgrade to 3.0.39 and fix the
constant timeouts associated with the newer 2.2 (3.2.28) firmware.
