Is this machine multihomed? Is it a DC?

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all to help give us a start in diagnosing
this.

Thanks for posting the ipconfig /all.

This looks fine. So you're saying it's network wide. Duplicate names message
can also come up if there are any following duplicate names, and not only
computer names:

computer names
workgroup names
active directory or local group names
usernames

For example, if you have a domain name called "CARACOLKNITS" and you create
a user account of the same name, it will come up as a duplicate.

If you have a computer name called JOE and you attempted to make a local
user account called "joe," you will get a duplicate name error.

Are there any duplicates wtih the name "ADMGUEVARA" or "CARACOLKNITS" that
might also be a user account, a computer name, laptop, a group name, etc?

Ace
