A duplicate name has been deleted on the tcp network.

A duplicate name has been deleted on the tcp network, the ip address of the
machine that send the message in the data. use nbtstat -n in command windows
to see wich name is in the conflict state.
Event ID: 4319

the result of command nbstat -n is:
