A duplicate name already exists on the network???

I have a 2003 server running Exchange2003. It's not browsable on the network
so I thought it would be a good idea to disjoin it from the network, reboot,
rejoin, reboot, and log in fine.

Well after disjoining and rebooting, I get the message that a duplicate name
already exists on the network. This happens even after rejoining. It also
happens after removing the computer from AD, WINS, & DNS.

HELP!!!!
