You cannot actually "combine" these because one or the other of the
connections will refuse packets that have the wrong IP. Well, that's
an oversimplification, but hopefully it gets the idea across. You can
use both, one at a time.
Put two NICs into the computer, making sure they have different
chipsets. Connect each to its respective external connection. If one
needs DHCP, read up on it because, unless you override it, DHCP will
trash your /etc/resolv.conf.
