How do I configure my 2 network cards on my Win2003 server if I want to use
it as a VPN server? Do I need to leave one of the gateways blank?

Our internal network is 10.0.0.x with the existing gateway of 10.0.0.1. The
server also has a public IP address of 24.123.130.y.

I'm looking at the MS documentation and samples but they don't talk about
dual NIC configurations.

Many Thanks,
Rob

Yes, use public IP address of 24.123.130.y as dg and leave 10.0.0.1 dg
blank.

I've done that and when I ping www.yahoo.com, I resolve the name to the IP
address (216.109.117.204) but I get 4 Request Time Outs.

Do I need to add a static route or something?

No routes.

You have never specified what you have already done or not done to the
machines, so we have no basis for answering that.

As far as pinging,...everything fails here yet everything works fine. The
Firewall and our proxy do no allow outbound or inbound ICMP. So "ping" is
the wrong way to test internet connectivity. The only thing that "ping"
actually tests is "ping" (ICMP Echo) itself.

If you want to know if you can get to www.yahoo.com , then just open a
browser and go there,...it will either work or it won't.
