dsrestor event 997 after sp1 install (w2k3)

Since upgrading my W2K3 server to SP1, I've been getting the following error
at boot time:

The DSRestore Filter failed to connect to local SAM server. Error returned
is <id:997>.

It doesn't seem to hurt anything, but I don't like seeing errors in the
event log regardless.

Anyone know anything about this?

Just letting you know you're not alone. I'm getting the same error on
an SBS2K3 server.

I am having the exact same problem. I am also wondering if it is related to
the server having a security issue and bringing down the internet access from
this sever for throughout the local network. I have gone through every error
in this SBS 2003 Server and this is the one of the last two left. Is this
error related to disconnecting internet access maybe due to security locks. I
have to restart the server everyday to get it to allow internet access again.
Let me know if anyone has this same problem
