I couldn't find an appropriate group for this so I thought I would try
here. I have Verizon DSL and I check my speed each week. I use
Verizon's site and Speakeasy.

Speakeasy is ALWAYS a little higher for download, 2.88 vs 2.82 most
recently. For upload, Speakeasy is ALWAYS about 100 lower, 700 vs, 796
most recently. If both sides were consistently high or low I would
probably ignore it, but they flip. Does anybody know why?

I select Pennsylvania for the Verizon test and Washington, DC for
Speakeasy.
