Setup B will work fine. Connect the router to the uplink port on the
switch. There's no reconfiguration needed for the router, and there's
no configuration possible for the switch.
Disable Internet Connection Sharing on the 2-NIC computer. The router
will handle the Internet sharing and DHCP for all of the computers.
The switch might not even be necessary. If the router has enough LAN
ports for all of the computers, remove the switch and connect all of
the computers to the router.
