DSL Monitor Error

Not sure if this is the right group but frequently, for no particular
reason, I get an error box saying: MSNIA DSL
Monitor has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. With the usual option to report the problem or close. What
can I do to solve this issue?

Since I have no idea what you are talking about I have no idea where you
should be asking this question. I'm guessing either in a group that
does whatever this software is or possibly a Windows newsgroup like the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web newsgroup.

This newsgroup supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and
software only.

Don't pay malware vendors - boycott Sony & Symantec

Please do not contact me directly or ask me to contact you directly for
assistance.

If your question is worth asking, it's worth posting.

If it’s not worth posting you should have done a search on
http://www.google.com/ http://www.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg&q= or
http://news.google.com/froogle?hl=en&tab=nf&ned=us&q= before wasting our
time.

If I sound hostile or arrogant you need to read the following before
posting a question "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" at
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (The site I've linked
to just has this article I think people should read before posting a
technical question.)

It appears to be a file associated with MSN so maybe uninstalling MSN and
reinstalling it would assist... otherwise I'd contact the ISP in question.
