DSL modem recommendations

I am in the market for a DSL modem. Does anyone have any suggestions
in terms of performance, stability, price, etc? What of the new
combined modem-router-switch?

I have been using an old Nortel Networks 1 Mbps ADSL modem. Nothing fancy,
cheap as hell, and reliable. I've been hosting a rather large web site off
it for close to three years, and it's always powered on.
