dsl-300 BT broadband

hi..

with regard to setting up BT broadband with DSL-300+ and DI-604. Is there
anything i should look out for, any quirks.
also does transparant bridge work?
should the dsl-300 ethernet connection be connected to the wan side of the
di-604 or into the switch?
