dsclient for Win98

Where can I get dsclient for win98/me? I installed my
first 2003 server and I do not find the driver on that
disk. I do not have windows 2000 server and therefore no
access to the driver on that disk. I also cannot find a
downloadable version anywhere on Microsoft's web site.

Am I missing something here? Any help would be
appreciated.
