Driver for MS Adapter MN-710 on Windows Xp Pro x64 Edition platfor

Does anyone know if subject Driver exists? If it does where can I find it? It
seems that even Microsoft cannot keep up with change. I am very satisfied
with the product but when I switched one of my computers to Xp x64 I find
that drivers are some time hard to come by.

Microsoft discontinued their line of networking hardware several
years ago. There isn't an x64 Windows XP x654 driver.
