DOS, Win3.1, Win95, NT4sp3 (and older) cannot authenticate with a 2003
Domain running in native 2003 "mode".
Choose one of three solutions:
1. Run the 2003 Domain in 2000 compatibility "mode". It is too late if it
is already in 2003 mode because it cannot be switched back.
OR.....
2. Reduce the security level of the whole 2003 Domain.

Logs On to Windows Server

OR.....
3. Use an older NT4 or 2000 DC in its own Domain as a "middle-man". Setup a
Trust between the older Domain and the 2003 Domain. Older clients would log
into the older Domain and access the 2003 resources via the Trust
relationship.
