Draytek Vigor 2600 troubles

I want to open ports in the NAT setup. But the only thing I get is a
window with an empty frame with 2 buttons "Cancel" and "Clear All". So I
cannot put in any data.

I use firmware 2.5.4 Annex A for U.K. I had the same trouble with version
2.5.5. Draytek Netherlands had no solution for me. I work with Windows XP
Pro with SP 2, ZoneAlarm Pro 5, no XP firewall. Turning off Zonealarm give
no solution. Java-Sun is enabled in Internet explorer.

Who can help??

Turning off ZA typically does not correct any interference. It must be
deinstalled in some cases. OTOH, what happens if you hold down the
shift or control keys before clicking the link (button or tab, etc) to
the affected Draytek page? If one of these keys enables the full page,
ZA might be treating it as a popup or remote content page.

Too bad: it does not work.
