If I enable the Fraggle Attack countermeasure, the router resets a
part of itself every 60 seconds. Every 60 secs, it goes to the ISP's
DHCP server for a new IP.

I was wondering why PC/ANYWHERE would randomly stop working.

It sounds liake the firmware is corrupt. Do a hard reset and all may be
well.

Have done - did a reset after every config change, just to make sure.
I disabled the anti-DoS options one by one, rebooting the router after
each change.

TBH I would be most suprised if each and every one of the many many
options was actually properly tested. I have been doing
hardware/software devt for 30 years and if they did that it would be a
first

I reckon they implement at least some of the DoS detectors by looking
at traffic patterns over the past 60 seconds, and they have a stray
pointer which craps on something...

By hard reset I mean depressing the button on the rear of the unit for five
seconds or so as per the instruction booklet. This is differnt from the
reset you have been doing.
