How can prepare a DOS client to connect to Win Srv 2003 ?

You can! I have! Legacy Systems live long and prosper!
Just don't expect MS to make it easy any more. We made
it to the moon without MS. I'm sure that wasn't easy
either. My 386-40Mhz is running just fine managing a
payphone network on MS-DOS. It dumps it data to SQL
Server every night for analysis.
