dos mode network printing

hello
two systems are networked. They cane share files, printer
etc
one is windows 98 and other is windows 2000
I windows 2000 system printer is connected.
from win98 system i cant take print out in ms office at
the same time i have wordstar6 i will have to take print
from wordstar6 from network printer which i am not able to.
Is ther any settings which i can take print in dos mode
from a network printer
