Hi,

We have a list of domains that are not part of our current domain i.e
ABC.com
Can someone please tell us how can we remove XYZ.com etc. from the list of
domains in Windows Networking on our Server?

Thank you
George

They are probably not Domains,...they are probably Workgroups.

Delete them from all WINS Servers

Find the workstations that are using those as workgroups names and change
their workgroup name to match your domain or eliminate the workgroups by
joining the machines to the domain.

By the way, if anyone has more to add to this I would be interested. I have
one workgoup that I can't get rid of. It might also be a old domain name
from a previous (and temporary) forest-to-forest Trust that used to be in
place during a migration. So far I haven't been able to determine for sure
what it is or get rid of it.
