Hi. I have some issues with my network.

First the network:

Site 1.
This is the primary part of the network. It Contains 3 subnets, 197, 199 and
200. Contains 3 DCs (2xWin2003,1xWin2000) with DNS, WINS, GC and PDC. All the
Opreation Master Rolles are also on the DCs on this subnet.

Site 2.
This is a smaller branch office with one subnet 210. Contains 1 DC (Win2000)
with DNS, GC and WINS.

Problem in Site 1.
When brownsing the Microsoft Network I can see my domain, but also a
workgroup. The funny thing is that i can open the workgroup and it contains
the same thing as my domain, all the computers are also listet here???? But
there are no computers from the branch office subnet in the list.
Then I tryed to have a look on my Wins server to see if something was wrong
here. The Wins servers are set up to push/poll information. It contains
information about 2 old Wins serveres, they are owners of some registrations.
How do I remove them?
Then I checked that the PDC is master browser but running the NetBIOS
browsing Consol from MS says that the subnet Master Browser could not be
found?

Problems in Site 2
When browsing the network I can only see the local computers, not the
computers from the other location (3 other subnets). When I Run the NetBIOS
browsnig Consol it says it can not find/contact the Domain Master Browser.
And another thing is that the local Master Browser is not even a DC, just a
Member server! I have no problem when I want to connect to the PDC by writing
\\PDCNAME, that works fine.

Any ideas to the problems above?

Are any of your DCs multihomed or running as remote access servers? This
is a common cause of browser problems like that.

As Bob indicated, browsing a WAN can be tricky, and you need a common WINS
server (or WINS replication if you have separate WINS servers). The browse
masters need WINS to be able to communicate across the WAN link. Multihomed
browse masters foul things up because you have two IPs for the same name.
