Domain over isdn VPN link

Hello,
I have a client that currently has two separate Win2003
domains linked over a Dual 64 ISDN VPN Internet link (Not
private line)
They have Exchange 2003 at one site and they have been
told that they can join these two sites into one domain
over this 64K ISDN VPN internet link.

I have my concerns about doing this over an unreliable
internet link - effectively a single Win2003 Domain and
Exchange 2003 domain...I am wondering what will happen if
the line breaks etc, and am wondering what other options
would be better IE 2 Domains and Exchange 2003 via Outlook
Web Access...

Can anyone give some advice regarding this scenario?

Thanks in advance....

GC

Well, I would think that maintaining a Trust between two Domains would be
much less traffic over an already painfully slow link than the kind of
traffic you would have to deal with in the Replication of keeping a single
Domain in sync over that line. Plus, the Domians would continure to work
even if the line temporarily went down since they would be independent
Domains,...they just wouldn't be able to see each other until the line came
back up.

That's my "opinion" anyway.
