Domain Notification

I received an email from Domain Notification Central. "Final Notice" It has
material about U.S. legal code and some more fine print. However I notice
that the domain name in the email is w*w*w.mydomain.us however our domain is
..com

Our domain is registered with Network Solutions until 2010.

Has anyone else seen this?

Got the email today also. Odd that it got through the spam filters. I
forwarded it on to my hosting service, reminded me of another domain
hosting service that sent out threatening letters (US Postal) that was
'slamming' and got sued.
