Domain is not accessible

Hello ~

I am having some trouble with a Windows 2003 Server I just installed.
There is the server and 5 Windows XP Pro (SP2) clients. All clients
were able to join the domain, and if I use the server's IP address I
can browse to the server and create mapped drives.

The problem I am having is when I try to browse the network through "My
Network Places". When I get to the "Microsoft Windows Network" screen
where it lists my domain I can not open it. instead I receive the
following error message:

"Domain_Name" is not accessible. You might not have permission to you
this network resource. Contact the Administrator of this server to find
out if you have access permissions.

The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available.

This is not making a lot of sense to me. I know that the clients were
connected to the domain, and that the server has accounts for all the
clients. I also know that I can browse to the server using its IP
Address, with no prompts for login and password.

AD MUST have a DNS server set up for the AD domain.

Basic AD DNS setup:
Point the DNS server set up for the AD domain to itself for DNS in the
properties of TCP/IP (use the actual IP address not 127.0.0.1)
Point all AD clients to the DNS server set up for the AD domain ONLY.
For Internet access, either set up you AD DNS server to forward requests and
list your ISP's DNS server as the forwarder or use root hints.
