I use
www.redirection.net.
I'm registered with them, and it's pretty nice. I think it's like $5/year.
There's a little web form you fill out with your IP, and everything
addressed to
www.mydomain.com is sent to your IP, so you can host your own
web site.
They also have email forwarding, so you can set up the email address
(E-Mail Removed) to forward to
(E-Mail Removed). Really nice for if
you ever change ISPs. Your email address stays the same!!
