It sounds like you are hosting the web site on your 2003 server, is this server behind a firewall?
What happens when you type your server IP address under IE, can you see the site?
I get 207.189.97.164 when I ping
www.catcho.com and I can connect to the site.
I also get the following information when querying some internet tool for
www.catcho.com
Non-authoritative answer:
www.catcho.com internet address = 207.189.97.164
Authoritative answers can be found from:
catcho.com nameserver = ns1.dotmaniac.com
catcho.com nameserver = ns2.dotmaniac.com
ns1.dotmaniac.com internet address = 204.202.127.53
ns2.dotmaniac.com internet address = 204.202.127.54
- The DNS server that you listed don't seem to match the authoritative name servers for the domain
What ip address does NSLOOKUP return when you query
www.catcho.com?
This issue seems like a problem with your DNS configuration, please check your DNS settings

type the domain name 'www.catcho.com' into my IE address bar and see my site
I know there's something strange with the config b/c 'www.catcho.com' refers to my server's IP addres
but I know typing my server's domain name on the server itself has worked
It worked for a few days but I must have changed a setting... I would like someone to tell me how to fix it. Thanks
domain-maniac.com redirects requests for 'www.catcho.com' get sent to
http://64.126.76.25
Typing 'www.catcho.com' or '64.126.76.255' on my server only gets me a page that says action canceled
Also, I'm not sure but I think the problem lies with configuring the two name server options that domain-maniac.com offers for me to use but which is
'ns1.domain-maniac.com' and 'ns2.doman-maniac.com
Please help thanks! my aol sn is djones84200
