How do I configure remote workstations to login to our Domain server through
a VPN? The VPN is provided by our Cisco routers.

The machine must first be a Domain member to begin with, then....

At the Ctrl-Alt-Del prompt check the box that says "Log on with dialup
connection",...choose the VPN Connection when prompted.

This is the error I get when I try:

The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service location
(SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain
maslow.affairrecovery.local:

The error was: "DNS name does not exist."
(error code 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR)

The query was for the SRV record for
_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.maslow.affairrecovery.local

Common causes of this error include the following:

- The DNS SRV record is not registered in DNS.

- One or more of the following zones do not include delegation to its child
zone:

maslow.affairrecovery.local
affairrecovery.local
local
.. (the root zone)

Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks
-brian
