Domain List on 2003 Server

I run a VPN to support multiple clients remotely. I have
them all on the same network for VPN purposes. But when
the separate clients log in, I want to hide/not show a
list of domains that are available and are Domains that
are part of the common VPN I use. Is there any way to do
this?
