Domain controller can't browse network

I have a situation where my domain controller with all the FSMO roles on it
can't browse the domain in My Network Places. If I go to another computer in
the same site I can. This domain controller is also the WINS push/pull
partner of another domain controller (same domain) running WINS on the other
side of a WAN. On the other side of the WAN, the other domain controller can
browse only the clients in that site. Suggestions on how to fix would be
appreciated.

Is this DC itself registered in WINS?

I figured it out. The problem was that Netbios over TCP/IP was disabled on
my main DC.

Yep, that'll do it. Glad you found the cause.
