There will be two domains on the same physical network. Each domain will have a domain controller. However, I do not want the two domain controllers from each domain to replicate between each other. Therefore, how do I prevent that from happening? What do I set?

Thanks
Paul

If the two domains have different names eg. AccountDomain and AdvertDomain
then there will be no replication. What I would be worried about is how you
are going to manage your DNS and DCHP. Only one server can be on a network
with this role without them conflicting.

DHCP will be the only issue. One DNS server can support two zones. Just
make the domain names different. Be sure to use FQDN not NetBIOS names.
