You haven't mentioned your domain environments but your
particular issue is related to the following:
Navigate to the following in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\LSA\
look for the value 'RestrictAnonymous'.
It needs to be zero.
If it is not, double-click it and set it to zero.
Close regedit, and re-boot the server.
