Does Win98 recognise PCIMCA 3Com 3C589C nic as standard

only asking because i have no cd or floppy on an old ibm thinkpad 560Z i am
recieving tomorrow.I need this card to get me onto my network

no the file were not on the hard drive
i think i will have to put the drive in my pc and transfer that way unless
you can think of an easier way
