It's free on broadband packages. It might be chargeable for phone
only.

It appears to be free under their "Privacy Pack (caller display)" and it
shows up as an "Additional Features" on the phone only option.

The bastards are charging me on phone/broadband package. Time to ask for
a MAC code and screw a better deal out of them?
