Does anyone use ICS?

Does anyone use ICS?
My son and I have two win98se machines networked using ICS (no router
required).
I use two apps that require 3 incoming UDP ports to be mapped to my machine,
I have done this by pokeing the registry.

I have just discovered a little
freeware utility that does this a bit more elegantly.
