Does anyone know how (or a way) to make Windows PC's in the Windows Network (Neighborhood) display proper (case-sensitive) matching the actual Computer Name?

Windows 2003 Domain with Windows XP workstations. Computer name is:

BILL

When I browse the Network Via Network Places it shows as: Bill

If I enter a description with the Computer name it reflects proper
case.
