Does anyone know about live CD with firewall?
the firewall will use iptables or something like?

to use and covered my needs. It's free for noncomercial use.

Check devil-linux (http://www.devil-linux.org).

You can put all your config on a USB key and write-protect it.
It also provides a lot of different 'server programs' (bind/squid/.....)
